Brett Kavanaugh faces new allegation of sexual misconduct: Report

It’s been roughly a year since Democrats and the media teamed up to try and destroy then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh with allegations of sexual misconduct — and now, the left has launched a new round of assaults on the justice’s character.

In what sounds remarkably similar to one of the unproven accusations from the first go-round, Kavanaugh once again stands accused of drunkenly exposing himself at a college party and behaving inappropriately toward a female student, according to The Washington Examiner.

Caught with his pants down?

The Examiner reports that The New York Times published the fresh allegation on Saturday from a former classmate of Kavanaugh’s at Yale University, Max Stier.

Stier alleged that he had seen “Mr. Kavanaugh with his pants down at a different drunken dorm party, where friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student.”

Stier claims that he notified both the FBI and the Senate about the allegation during Kavanaugh’s confirmation process, but said the FBI had declined to investigate the matter further. The Times reported that two officials had corroborated Stier’s account.

Stier also said that he had not discussed the allegations publicly with anyone else.

Familiar accusation

If that allegation sounds somewhat familiar, that’s because it is almost the exact same unproven allegation as was lodged against Kavanaugh last year by a woman named Deborah Ramirez. She had accused Kavanaugh of exposing himself and pushing his exposed self toward her face, forcing her to touch him as she blocked the maneuver.

Kavanaugh had strenuously denied that allegation at the time, and it is noteworthy to remember that nobody from Yale could recall or corroborate the incident.

At the time, Kavanaugh argued that had he actually done something of the sort to Ramirez, it would have been the “talk of campus” for some time. Rather conveniently, the Times asserted that “at least seven people” had heard of the incident described by Stier, though none were named.

Destroying Kavanaugh

The attempted character assassination against Kavanaugh during his confirmation hearing was grotesque and unacceptable, particularly with regard to the media’s gleeful zest in publishing any and every accusation against him — no matter how implausible or evidence-free.

Apparently having learned no lessons from that failed attempt to destroy a man’s career and reputation, the leftist media is back at it again for another round of baseless smears and horrific — but unproven — accusations.

This nonsense needs to stop.
