Fox contributor Juan Williams refuses to condemn Peter Fonda’s vile tweets

Hollywood actor Peter Fonda posted series of vile tweets earlier this week that called for the president’s 12-year-old son to be kidnapped and caged with pedophiles, for the children of federal agents to be stalked and harassed, and for government officials to be publicly caged, beaten, and raped.

Those horrific tweets, which stem from Fonda’s obsessive hatred for President Donald Trump, were a topic of conversation on Fox News’ The Five — but liberal co-host Juan Williams really didn’t see much wrong with them other than being “poorly worded.”

Seriously?

According to BizPac Review, the since-deleted threats from Fonda caused the Secret Service to be notified, but Williams seemed more concerned with how the focus on Fonda’s tweets was taking away from the media’s focus on the separation of illegal immigrant families at the border, a problem he blamed solely on Trump.

Co-host Greg Gutfeld told Williams: “I’m not going to ask you to defend this, I know you found this disgusting.”

Surprisingly, Williams replied: “No, to me it was a poorly worded tweet, offensive language used.”

Williams went on to say that “what strikes me from this very conversation is that you guys delight in it because it takes away from the conversation focusing on what President Trump did which is antithetical to American values.” This prompted great uproar from his fellow co-hosts, who took exception to the notion they drew “delight” from Fonda’s atrocious threats.

Disgusting tweets

“That’s not poorly worded,” co-host Kimberly Guilfoyle exploded with regard to Fonda’s tweets, as she pointed out that the whole situation boiled down to the “safety and protection of children.”

“What Peter Fonda did was indefensible,” she added, and noted that it constituted a “criminal sexual act by a sexual predator against a child. That’s not poorly worded.”

Moreover, Gutfeld could only laugh in horrified disbelief at Williams’ refusal to condemn the despicable threats and ridiculous effort at spinning Fonda’s disturbing tweets back on Trump.

He disgustedly took note that Williams apparently believed that Fonda’s threats were justifiable in reaction to Trump’s policies.

Needless to say, Williams’ defense and refusal to condemn Fonda’s threatening tweets didn’t go over well with his co-hosts or viewers of The Five.

Juan Williams just further exposed himself as nothing more than a Trump-hating liberal hack who has no issue with his comrades on the left making inappropriate and provocative threats against the president’s family or the families of government agents and officials. Absolutely disgusting.
