A minor celebrity in the rap world who has been quite outspoken against both the candidacy and presidency of Donald Trump just ran afoul of the law.
Mac Miller, a white rapper from Pittsburgh, was arrested recently for drunk driving and fleeing the scene of an accident.
According to Breitbart, TMZ first reported that Miller had allegedly crashed his vehicle into a pole and then fled the scene on foot with a passenger.
A witness pointed police in the direction Miller and his friend had went. Police also ran the vehicles’s plate number and discovered Miller’s home address, where they later found him and received a confession.
Miller was charged with driving under the influence and was reportedly being held in jail on $1,500 bond.
Ironically, like most rappers prior to Trump’s entry into politics, Miller gained fame with a song in 2011 titled “Donald Trump” which seemed to praise the iconic then-businessman for his success.
The hook of that song declared, “I’ma take over the world when I’m on my Donald Trump s***, look at all this money, ain’t that some s***.”
But after Trump declared his candidacy, Miller implored his fans to not vote for Trump because he believed Trump was a “racist.”
After Trump was elected president, Miller stated that he believed Trump wanted to “make America white again.”
Miller is a supporter of the Black Lives Matter movement and has decried the so-called “Muslim ban,” Trump’s out of context “Mexicans are rapists” remark and supposed support for the KKK and neo-nazis.

Of course, supporters of the president are aware that those issues were purposefully misconstrued by the media to provoke anxiety and anti-Trump sentiment among the low-info voters of the populace, of which it appears Miller is one.
Instead of harping so much about his media-perpetuated misconceptions of Trump, Miller might want to worry about following the law and not driving drunk so he doesn’t wreck his vehicle and flee the scene in the future. That’s not a good way to “take over the world.”
